Rules
5 against 5 matches.
3 cisgender men max on the line at any time.
Lots of 50m by 30m approximately.
Matches in 45 minutes or 15 points.
Unlimited substitutions at each point.

12 mixed teams, including 2 teams with individual registrations (teams formed by the organization), i.e. 20 individual places (including a maximum of 12 cisgender men). All levels accepted. Teams of 7 to 12 people.

Frisbees will be provided. Any disc suitable for both teams may be used.
Spirit of the Game Award
Each team will have to award a score according to 5 fair play criteria to the opposing team at the end of each match.
​
The applicable rules will be those of the French Flying Disc Federation (FFFD) in force. Count goes up to 10.
