1/ Rhythmic gymnastics competition (not mandatory)
10 a.m.: opening of the gymnasium doors
10:30 p.m. - 12:00 p.m.: rhythmic gymnastics competition (all levels)
end of the competition: medal ceremony.
2/ Rhythmic gymnastics gala

3/ Artistic gymnastics and Acroyoga training / Workshops

13:30 a.m. - 15:30 p.m.: artistic gymnastics workshop / discovery of artistic gymnastics activities in the form of group workshops
15:30 p.m. - 16:00 p.m : break
16:00 p.m. - 18:00 p.m.: acroyoga workshop / discovery of Acroyoga activities in the form of group workshops
18:30 p.m.: gym closure.

Catering:
- a meal option will be offered during registration,
- a small bar will be available during the competitions for participants and spectators

Sunday, May 19th
1/ Floor Artistic gymnastics competition (not mandatory)

10 a.m.: opening of the gymnasium doors
10:30 p.m. - 14:00 p.m.: artistic gymnastics event/sports competition on the floor (beginner/hope/confirmed level)
end of the competition: medal ceremony.
14:30 p.m.: gym closure.
​
Catering:
- a meal option will be offered during registration
- a small bar will be available during the competitions for participants and spectators

These prices give access to all the activities offered by Galipettes association : training, workshops and competitions. Each participant can freely choose the activites.
Rules
The sports day takes place in three stages of your choice:

1/ Artistic gymnastics and Acroyoga training / workshops
These training sessions and workshops aim to introduce the disciplines to people who wish to discover these activities, or to carry out training sessions.

2/ Rhythmic gymnastics competition
​
The mixed Rhythmic Gymnastics competition, taking place on Saturday around 10 a.m., will proceed as follows:

An individual sequence, with the apparatu(s) the competitor choice(s), preferably in music, with a duration of 1min30, where each candidate will present a maximum of figures, according to a rhythmic gymnastics referential.

The rhythmic gymnastics referential is a grid of classic and achievable figures in Rhythmic Gymnastics, completely genderless to promote the most diversity among the participants, in accordance with the values of LGBTQI+ inclusion.

A jury will evaluate the realization, the technique, and difficulty of each participant's sequence.
​

The jury will establish a ranking by level, with a medal ceremony for the 3 best sequences.
3/ Ground artistic gymnastics competition
​
The Mixed Artistic Gymnastics sports competitions which will take place around 3 p.m. will take place as follows:

Each candidate will propose a maximum of figures proposed according to a reference by level of difficulty of gymnastics: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, with or without music, in a given time (maximum 2 minutes per presentation)

The figure repository is a grid of classic and achievable figures in Artistic Gymnastics, but adapted to respond to a gender mix of participants and in accordance with the values of LGBTQI+ inclusion.
It is offered by level of difficulty and is detailed when registering on the TIP website. If necessary, it will always be possible to change its level on the day of the event.

A jury will evaluate the realization, the technique, the level of difficulty of each participant during his passage.

The jury will establish a ranking by level, with a medals ceremony for the 3 best, for each level.
