8h30 - 9h30 : welcome and breakfast
9h30 - 10h : warming up
10h-12h : judo competition
12h-13h30 : lunch
13h30 - 15h : judo workshop for all levels
15h-16h : brazilian ju-jitsu workshop
16h-17h : workshop on stretching, relaxation, and yoga
Rules
The competition is open to all genders and all belts, (from) white to black
The groups of competitors will be formed based on the number of participants, and two criteria:
- Judo rank (belt colour)
- Weight category
To compete, participants must:
- Be affiliated with the French Judo Federation or hold a medical certificate authorising the practice of judo in competition
- Wear a judogi, and a rank-matching belt
