10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Workshops with champions

- Valentin HOUINATO (flag bearer of the Beninese delegation at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games)

- Charline VAN SNICK (multiple medalist at the European and World Championships, bronze medalist at the London 2012 Olympic Games)


12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Lunch break*


2:00 to 2:30 p.m. Warm-up


2:30 to 5:15 p.m. Competition 


5:15 to 5:30 p.m. Medal ceremony

Unique Price: 15€

Rules

The competition is open to all genders and all belts (from white to black).

 

Competitor categories will be defined according to the following criteria:
– rank (belt color)
– weight category
– gender
These criteria will be taken into account based on the actual makeup of the registered participants.

The competition format (round-robin, round-robin + knockout, or knockout) will be based on the number of judokas in each category.

 

To compete, participants must: 
- Be affiliated with the French Judo Federation or hold a medical certificate authorizing the practice of judo in competition
- Wear a judogi, and a rank-matching belt
