The TIP, a commission of the LGBT+ Sports Federation
The LGBT+ Sports Federation gathers nearly 50 LGBT+ sports associations throughout France, representing nearlt 6,000 athletes of all levels. Its role is to fight against discrimination, especially those related to sexual orientation or gender identity, and promote sports for all.

An inclusive tournament
With approximately 2,300 to 3,000 registered athletes from over 28 countries and nearly 30 sports represented, the International Tournament of Paris (TIP) is a key sporting event both in France and worldwide.
The TIP is built upon the following founding values:
-
Inclusion: Open to everyone, regardless of athletic level, background, or sexual orientation, within an atmosphere of mutual respect and friendliness.
-
Fighting discrimination: The event is fully aligned with the mission of the LGBT+ Sports Federation, which actively campaigns for sports free from LGBTphobia and prejudice.
-
Diversity of practice: Whether a beginner or a seasoned competitor, everyone comes together around shared values, encouraging a mix of skill levels and disciplines.
Inclusion is the true watchword of this competition: sports unite us, transcend barriers, and allow everyone to find their place through the joy of self-improvement and sharing.
