Rules

Individual races
The competition will be FFN-labelled and open to swimmers holding a “FFN-Competition” license, as well as swimmers licensed by a foreign federation. These swimmers will be grouped together in the same heats and will be eligible for the same podiums.

Podiums will be determined per event, based on the points ranking, in accordance with the FFN Masters scoring system.

Swimmers who are not licensed, whether in France or abroad, will compete in separate heats, in accordance with FFN Masters regulations.

Relays
Participation in relays is free, but requires registration in at least one individual event.

Relays are mixed and must consist of 2 men and 2 women for the 4 × 50 m events. Relays are FFN?labelled if all members hold a “FFN – Competition” license:

- 4 swimmers for the 4 × 50 m relay
- 10 swimmers for the 10 × 50 m relay

If one or more relay members do not hold an “FFN – Competition” license or federal license, the relay will compete in the “non-FFN” category in a separate heat.

Relay registration can be completed through your personal account until the registration deadline.

SwimFit Challenge:
Experience 30 minutes of intensity in pairs with an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) format: complete as many rounds as possible within the allotted time.
Each round includes:
- A water challenge: one 25-meter round trip in the pool (with a few surprises)
- Poolside challenges, varied and fun
The challenge is done wearing a swimsuit and swim cap. For safety reasons, no running around the pool is allowed.
Participation in the group warm-up is mandatory.
The challenge is supervised by instructors from Paris Aquatiques.

Ready to take on the challenge and test your endurance, coordination, and team spirit?
The podium will consist of the top three pairs.

Knock Out Race:
A 50m freestyle race “Australian style,” meaning the last swimmer to finish each heat is eliminated. The maximum number of participants is set at 32.
It’s the perfect opportunity to test your endurance and tactical mindset!
The podium will consist of the last three swimmers still in the competition.
