Participant: 28€
Volunteers* with meal**: 20€

For the volunteers who do not wish to include the meals, please contact one of the associations; no need to register on the site.

*The designated persons who will help on site (e.g. logistics, technical, etc.) are considered volunteers.
** 2 meals included: Saturday lunch and Sunday lunch
Rules
Aikido
There won't be anycompetition in aikido. Here is the programme:

aikido discovery workshops open to all.
-
a technical course led by Alma NOUBEL (4th dan UFA) for aikido practitioners.
To participate in this technical course, it is required to be licensed by the FFAAA or FFAB.

Karate
Solo and group kata competitions (team of 3).
3 levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced, mixed.
​
Rules of the French Federation of Karate and Associated Disciplines (FFKDA).
2 karate workshops: one by Jean-Claude Elleboode, 5e Dan of Shukokai karate and a workshop by a Sensei from Niji-Kan Karate-do (topic to come). 30 competitors maximum.

Judo
The competition is mixed and open to everyone (white to black belts). The pools of competitors will be defined according to the number of participants according to two criteria:

the rank (colour of the belt)

weight category
To participate in the competition, participants must:
-
be licensed by the French Judo Federation or hold a medical certificate authorizing the practice of judo in competition;
-
wear a judogi and the belt corresponding to their rank
