Ambassadors TIP 2026 Noémie DE LATTRE & Jérémy CLAMY-EDROUX Noémie DELATTRE Today considered one of the spearheads of sisterhood, Noémie is a figure of feminism in France. Currently on tour with "The Harmony of Genders," she has managed to find time for sports by joining the ranks of the godmothers carrying our values of gender equality. I am an actress, authoress, essayist, and comedian whose main concern for the past fifteen years has been gender equality. Being a woman, it was through the door of feminism that I first entered. But very quickly, the close link between the fight against sexism and against LGBTQIA-phobias became obvious to me. As for sports, I do not practice any at a high level myself, but I have already been shocked a thousand times to see how much competitive sports are dominated by a patriarchal, androcentric, and heteronormative elite, making access to sponsors, funding, visibility, and recognition infinitely complicated for gender minorities. If being a godmother of this event can help to rebalance these injustices, I am delighted! Also, I can’t wait to see athletes up close and to party, does that count? Jérémy CLAMY-EDROUX He slams homophobia on the fields as well as on TV! Jérémy Clamy-Edroux breaks the taboo in the world of rugby. The former prop of Rouen Normandie Rugby in ProD2 is the first active professional rugby player in France to publicly talk about his homosexuality . A coming-out that he chose to make alongside 5 other athletes in the documentary "Faut qu’on parle". A conversation with the one who continues to free speech around this subject, in the media and in daily life. OUTREACH Solidarity fund You wish to participate in the TIP 2026, but your income does not allow you to participate in this tournament? You may be eligible for the solidarity fund "OUTREACH" , awarded by the Paris Tournament according to social criteria . The solidarity fund: OUTREACH What is it? It is a source of financial aid that help participants to take part in the events and competitions organized during the International Tournament of Paris on May 22, 23 & 24. "Outreach" is therefore a solidarity fund system offered to all those for whom the cost of the event represents a major barrier. The solidarity fund is made possible by fundraising events during the year and donations from participants. Who can benefit from it? Any registered participant in the tournament with financial resources less than 1800€ net/month at the time of registration is potentially eligible – provided the individual has submitted the application and the required documents meet the criteria. Personal criteria (age, nationality, marital status) and geographical criteria (place of residence) are not considered. What are the criteria used? Only financial criteria are considered, such as the applicant's income. No personal criteria (age, nationality, situation) or geographical criteria (place of residence). Resources are taken into account to determine the amount of assistance that will be awarded and for this purpose supporting documents will be requested: Proof of identity Tax notice/assessment Last pay slip or proof of unemployment Proof of transport (plane, train, carpooling, rental...) if applicable IBAN Further specifications such as acceptable formats are detailed in the application. How to apply? In the “My profile” section, select the option “Apply for the Outreach Fund” under Financial aid. After validating this page, the “Solidarity funds” tab will appear in the toolbar on the left. Your application will be registered after you fill out the “Financial aid appeal” section and click “Validate”. You can apply at any time, however, the solidarity fund is based on a first-come first-serve basis. An application is considered complete when all required documents are submitted. Any incomplete application will be deleted after 5 days of inactivity (no documents submitted after the reminder emails). Your application will be handled securely, fairly and kept confidential by the Outreach committee who will respond as soon as possible upon receiving the documents. A kind reminder that the tournament is completely run by volunteers :) The committee undertakes to destroy all supporting documents as soon as it has ruled and communicated the decision to the applicant. Payment Participation costs are capped at a maximum of 350 euros. This amount will vary depending on resources and expenses incurred. This is a contribution and not a full coverage of costs. Payment is made by bank transfer for travel and by refunding your credit card for the remainder, at the end of the event and solely as reimbursement for expenses incurred for the applicant's participation. Inclusion Time for caring and respect We would like to emphasize that the TIP i s open to everyone, and this applies whatever their : gender identity and gender expression, sexual or romantic orientation, nationality, ethnic origin, social origin, age, physical characteristics, health status, beliefs, whether they are real or perceived. Insulting, degrading or stigmatizing comments are not tolerated during the International Tournament of Paris, under penalty of exclusion from the competition without any right of claim for refund. Act together for inclusion and against LGBTQIA+ phobias in sport Promote the practice of women's sports The TIP does everything possible to encourage the practice of women's sports for all women. Indeed, women’s events, mixed or in desired diversity, are offered in a majority of the TIP sports. During the TIP, "non-mixed" events are organized in order to create dedicated safe spaces for them to meet and take the most of it. A space and a bar will be dedicated to women and other "gender minorities" -among our LGBTQIA+ community- during the closing night of the TIP which will take place at the Dôme de Paris. Recognize non-binary people The "non-binary" choice can be entered when creating the athlete's profile and is taken into account throughout the event. Taking action for transgender rights At TIP, athletes are free to register in the sport category of their choice, and this also applies when it comes to determining their gender identity at registration. No proof of gender identity is required to take part in the events or to enter the event. Furthermore, the inclusion of transgender people in the LGBTQIA+ sports community is one of our priorities. Sport and Trans Charter Fight against agism, classism, fatphobia, racism, serophobia, ableism... Ageism, classism, grossophobia, racism, serophobia, validism, have no place in our circles, neither on the field nor during the demonstrations linked to the TIP. This tournament aims to adapt to the entire sports population. The Tournoi International de Paris wishes in particular to change our views on the stigma associated with age in sports practice. The TIP offers most of its sports by level and so-called "soft" sports activities in order to allow everyone to find their own balance, without any injunction to performance. The TIP fights against any remarks or behaviors highlighting the physical and/or medical singularities of the athletes. Welcoming people with disabilities The TIP team and the organizing associations will do everything possible to accommodate people with disabilities during the sports events, particularly in terms of access to the venues and the practice of the chosen activity. People with disabilities are asked to contact the organizing team of the sport(s) to which they would like to participate in order to obtain all the required information.
