Accomodation Discover how to make the most of your Parisian nights The Paris International Tournament welcomes athletes from all over France, Europe and beyond. Because of budget restraints or simply to meet new people, you may want to be hosted by local participants close to your sport location(s) or to the TIP events. Each year, it is an opportunity to create delightful memories and a unique way to discover Paris while creating friendships with the other athletes. The accommodation is free from Friday to Monday. The TIP puts those who would like to be hosted in contact with people offering a hosting solution via a new platform for an efficient pairing. You'll be able to post an accommodation offer or go through the list of available housing solutions from your registration page . We are counting on you to continue this tradition and allow more athletes to come and take part in the Paris International Tournament 🔍 I am looking for an accommodation Do you live abroad or far from Paris region? A volunteer can accommodate you for the duration of the tournament. To do so, simply chose "I would like to stay with a local TIP participant" from the accommodation section when registering. You will get a link to all available accommodation offers so you can browse the perfect match. Simply contact the person who published the hosting solution to validate availability and confirm your venue details. If you don't find an accomadation right away, don't worry! As more athletes register, more offers will become available. Keep looking at the offer page from your registration page. If you have already registered or if you changed your mind, you can make the changes directly on the registration page later on. Access registration page 🏠 I c an accommodate Do you live in Paris or close to public transport for easy access to sports facilities? You can host one or more people in your home and help an athlete visiting Paris by offering a place to stay during the tournament! To do so, simply complete the dedicated hosting section when registering and select "I can host TIP participant(s)". Then complete the details about your your accommodation and it will appear on a page listing all the offers. A link to a page with all the accommodation offers will be sent to people who wish to be hosted and they will be invited to contact you to validate availability and affinity. If your place is attributed or if you changed your mind, you can make the changes directly on the registration page later on. Access registration page Accommodation commitments To ensure that everything goes well for the host as well as for the traveling athlete, we will ask everyone to respect the following commitments: When contacting a host, please be courteous and benevolent, Respect the rules of hospitality, Respect the rules and constraints of life, Respect the furnitures, The hosts shouldn’t provide meals (lunch, dinner) but they should provide basic breakfast items (beverages, fruits) and help by providing nearby restaurant locations, No remuneration may be requested Accommodation must be provided during the tournament period. If requested the host may accommodate the traveling athlete longer to his/her own discretion. RACKET SPORTS Tennis Information The tournament will be held at the Suzanne Lenglen stadium, Paris 15, from 8am to 7pm., Saturday and Sunday (ending at 6pm), on 8 hard courts including 2 indoors and 6 outdoors. This is a single, mixed tournament. We will create three tables of 16 players, defined according to the level of the players. Each table will include a group stage and a final, so that each player can play a minimum of 3 matches. Depending on the remaining time, a mini-double formula might also be set up on Sunday, at no extra charge. Please specify your FFT and/or GLTA level when registering, in order to be able to assign you to the correct event. If you're not sure, choose a letter between A+ (high level competitor) and D- (beginner) Lunches will be provided if you choose this option (chicken or cheese and vegetables, or vegetarian sandwich, fruit, bar). Be careful, it won't be easy to buy food close to the stadium. OUTREACH Solidarity fund You wish to participate in the TIP 2026, but your income does not allow you to participate in this tournament? You may be eligible for the solidarity fund "OUTREACH" , awarded by the Paris Tournament according to social criteria . The solidarity fund: OUTREACH What is it? It is a source of financial aid that help participants to take part in the events and competitions organized during the International Tournament of Paris on May 22, 23 & 24. "Outreach" is therefore a solidarity fund system offered to all those for whom the cost of the event represents a major barrier. The solidarity fund is made possible by fundraising events during the year and donations from participants. Who can benefit from it? Any registered participant in the tournament with financial resources less than 1800€ net/month at the time of registration is potentially eligible – provided the individual has submitted the application and the required documents meet the criteria. Personal criteria (age, nationality, marital status) and geographical criteria (place of residence) are not considered. What are the criteria used? Only financial criteria are considered, such as the applicant's income. No personal criteria (age, nationality, situation) or geographical criteria (place of residence). Resources are taken into account to determine the amount of assistance that will be awarded and for this purpose supporting documents will be requested: Proof of identity Tax notice/assessment Last pay slip or proof of unemployment Proof of transport (plane, train, carpooling, rental...) if applicable IBAN Further specifications such as acceptable formats are detailed in the application. How to apply? In the “My profile” section, select the option “Apply for the Outreach Fund” under Financial aid. After validating this page, the “Solidarity funds” tab will appear in the toolbar on the left. Your application will be registered after you fill out the “Financial aid appeal” section and click “Validate”. You can apply at any time, however, the solidarity fund is based on a first-come first-serve basis. An application is considered complete when all required documents are submitted. Any incomplete application will be deleted after 5 days of inactivity (no documents submitted after the reminder emails). Your application will be handled securely, fairly and kept confidential by the Outreach committee who will respond as soon as possible upon receiving the documents. A kind reminder that the tournament is completely run by volunteers :) The committee undertakes to destroy all supporting documents as soon as it has ruled and communicated the decision to the applicant. Payment Participation costs are capped at a maximum of 350 euros. This amount will vary depending on resources and expenses incurred. This is a contribution and not a full coverage of costs. Payment is made by bank transfer for travel and by refunding your credit card for the remainder, at the end of the event and solely as reimbursement for expenses incurred for the applicant's participation. The first qualifying match will be best of two sets, straight to 11 points. All subsequent matches will be best of three sets, with a two-point margin required to win a set. All matches are won in 2 sets with a difference of 2 points, except finals which will be in three winning sets (except in case of time problem). Each player can expect to play 4–5 matches over the course of the day. This may be adjusted if necessary. Rankings and medal presentations will be conducted by level. An additional ranking and a separate medal presentation will be held for women, across all levels.
