Today considered one of the spearheads of sisterhood, Noémie is a figure of feminism in France.
Currently on tour with "The Harmony of Genders," she has managed to find time for sports by joining the ranks of the godmothers carrying our values of gender equality.
I am an actress, author, essayist, and comedian whose main concern for the past fifteen years has been gender equality. Being a woman, it was through the door of feminism that I first entered. But very quickly, the close link between the fight against sexism and against LGBTQIA-phobias became obvious to me.
As for sports, I do not practice any at a high level myself, but I have already been shocked a thousand times to see how much competitive sports are dominated by a patriarchal, androcentric, and heteronormative elite, making access to sponsors, funding, visibility, and recognition infinitely complicated for gender minorities.
If being a godmother of this event can help to rebalance these injustices, I am delighted!
Also, I can’t wait to see athletes up close and to party, does that count?

He slams homophobia on the fields as well as on TV!
Jérémy Clamy-Edroux breaks the taboo in the world of rugby.
The former prop of Rouen Normandie Rugby in ProD2 is the first active professional rugby player in France to publicly talk about his homosexuality. A coming-out that he chose to make alongside 5 other athletes in the documentary "Faut qu’on parle". A conversation with the one who continues to free speech around this subject, in the media and in daily life.
Subsequently, he received several messages of encouragement, including from Mathieu Bastareaud, coach Nicolas Godignon, Serge Simon, and he moved Olivier Rouyer to tears in front of the cameras of La chaîne L'Équipe. He shares his experience in the media.
Today, he continues to free speech, to intervene in companies and in school, sports, and training environments to educate and exchange with as many people as possible from different levels and cultures. Because homophobia continues to kill. A heterosexual couple is never at risk of being attacked for holding hands in public, but the opposite is not true.
