Become a volunteer The TIP lives, thanks to the commitment and passion of our volunteers Si le TIP est un franc succès année après année, c’est aussi grâce à l’engagement et au travail acharné des bénévoles. Ils sont la colonne vertébrale du tournoi. Une trentaine de bénévoles, répartis sur différents pôles, composent la Commission du TIP . Ce sont eux qui travaillent tout au long de l’année à l’organisation du tournoi . Cette belle équipe qui s’enrichit, édition après édition, met en œuvre toute son expérience et ses compétences pour offrir la meilleure expérience aux participant·e·s. Pendant le tournoi, nous accueillons près de 650 bénévoles aux profils multiples qui s'activent, chaque année, pour faire vivre ce beau tournoi. Ils viennent soutenir notre équipe permanente avec engagement et bonne humeur, et contribuent à faire du TIP un événement international magique et incontournable en assurant la préparation et le bon déroulement du Village, des épreuves sportives sur les 40 sites où se déroulent les épreuves, et de la soirée de clôture.
